ok, this time, i've made toothpaste after my buy-in-shop-toothpaste uda abes....
the result: am quite bangga with myself... and satified! and could be a gud decision to switch toothpaste.
after am brush my teeth, i felt clean and confident... (cewah) x leh komen lebey2. nti tunggu seminggu tgk gigi uda tukaq putih ka idak... kakakakaka
so, this time, am gonna share the ingredient with you all.
homemade toothpaste by hanawish
ingredient:
2 tbsp baking soda
2 tbsp VCO
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp cinnamon and clove powder (mix it)
how to do it:
1. mix baking soda+sea salt+cinnamon and clover powder.
2. add in VCO and honey. stir until it all blended together.
3. you can put it in small round container with stick in it.
4. you can used it right away.
pertama kali aku tgk macam cair sgt-mungkin sebab VCO banyak sgt. tp x menjadi masalah. semalaman nti, semua bahan akan jadi pes, minyak VCO yg tinggal x banyak n x merimaskn pon.
my sis ckp baunya ok, x teruk. so, shud be alrightla... :)
today is the second day am using it.
yg pasti, kerak gigi mcm bkurang ja. mcm x pcaya ja... :P
